Terms of Service
Effective date: April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Enzure (“the Service”), operated by the Enzure team. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use Enzure. Questions? Reach out via our contact page.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Enzure at enzure.xyz, creating an account, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have the authority to bind the organisation you represent to these Terms, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them.
If you are using Enzure on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. “You” and “your” in these Terms refers to both you individually and the entity you represent.
2. Description of service
Enzure is a web-based tool that helps businesses in Trinidad & Tobago generate National Insurance Scheme (NIS) contribution forms — specifically the NI184 Employer Contribution Schedule and the NI187 Employee’s Record of Contributions — based on employee salary data you provide.
The Service automates contribution class determination, rate lookups from published NIBTT tables, form population, PDF generation, and a 12-month archive of previously generated forms.
Important: Enzure is a productivity tool, not a legal, tax, or compliance advisory service. The forms generated are intended to assist with preparing NIS submissions, not to constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated forms before submitting them to the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT).
3. User accounts
Accounts on Enzure are managed through Clerk. You may sign up using an email address and password or via a supported social login provider. By creating an account you agree to Clerk’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us promptly via our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that all members of your organisation who are granted access agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Enzure only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Enter false, misleading, or fabricated employee or salary data.
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law, including employment or data protection law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the Enzure platform.
- Use the Service to process data belonging to an organisation you do not have authority to represent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or to any backend systems.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to interfere with the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to Enzure without our written consent.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual property
Enzure’s intellectual property
The Enzure platform — including its source code, design, user interface, logo, and all associated content — is owned by Enzure and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Enzure trademarks or branding outside of normal, fair use.
Your data
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into Enzure — employee records, salary information, and any other content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Enzure a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your data.
6. Disclaimer
The NIS forms generated by Enzure are produced based on the employee data you provide and the contribution tables published by the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) at the time of generation. Enzure makes reasonable efforts to keep its rate tables current, but cannot guarantee that they reflect the most recent NIBTT schedule at all times.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated forms for accuracy before submitting them to the NIBTT or any other authority. Enzure does not guarantee that forms generated by the Service will be accepted by the NIBTT or any other body, or that they will satisfy all legal requirements applicable to your situation.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enzure and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Penalties or fines resulting from incorrect or late NIS submissions.
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
- Errors in generated forms arising from incorrect data entered by you.
- Service interruptions or downtime.
In no event shall Enzure’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or TTD $500, whichever is greater.
8. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Enzure, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate authority and legal basis to enter employee data into the Service, and that doing so complies with applicable employment and data protection law in Trinidad & Tobago.
9. Modifications to terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
Your continued use of Enzure after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Enzure and close your account at any time by reaching out via our contact page.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create legal, security, or operational issues. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, disclaimers, and governing law — shall survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
